It's bloody hot eh? I was off work today and went for a run with our jogging stroller. My daughter is getting bigger, making the running difficult. My legs were also feeling a bit heavy from my, ahem! marathon that I ran at the weekend. Did I mention Scafell Pike was in the middle of it?
Anyway, Stephen and Lucy were up for a run. They are speedy road runners who wanted to explore a bit of trail/fell running so we took them to one of our favourite routes, the nice track around Gowbarrow.
