A quick post to log another ascent of Sale Fell. Today I managed to run to the top, taking a wider than usual approach. I was also taking it very easy on ascents as my heel is killing from not gradually getting used to my Inov8 mudclaws which have a much lower heel than other shoes I have been running in. Nice to get out and I missed the rain.
